  • What services do you offer?

    The primary area of focus and service provided at Alekna Therapy and Wellness is individualized behavioral health treatment. Individual therapy for individuals ages 12 through adulthood is provided in traditional 50 minute and 60 minute sessions.

    We offer both in person and telehealth sessions.

    Consults, collateral support and other therapeutic collaboration is provided clinically and ethically as needed for each client.

  • Do you take insurance?

    We do take some insurances at Alekna Therapy and Wellness. The companies we take are listed below. We ask you look up your specific type of policy plan to determine if you are covered by our practice.

  • What is the cost without insurance?

    We understand the challenges that we all face in accessing healthcare. And this is an unfortunate struggle financially on both sides for clients and providers. If you would like to be seen at Alekna Therapy and Wellness, we will provide you with a superbill following each session, for you to seek out of network reimbursement from your healthcare plan.

    Cost of services at Alekna Therapy and Wellness

    50-60 min psychotherapeutic session $250

    60 min intake/assessment/treatment planning $300

  • What should I expect after I reach out?

    The practice is extremely fortunate that we keep a consistent client caseload of individuals in their therapeutic process. Upon reaching out, we apologize if our response is that we are unable to meet your needs.

    When an opening is available. We start with a phone or video consult to answer questions and determine if Alekna Therapy and Wellness is the best fit and proceed from there.

  • What if you are in crisis?

    Alekna Therapy and Wellness, is NOT an emergency service or crisis response practice. The practice does not have a 24/7 response number and cannot meet the needs of acuity for those who need access to a practice and practitioner on call.
